For those interested in learning more about Mapuche Culture, a visit to the interesting museum is a must. the breakfast at the hotel was lovely, and the staff were very obliging. the indoor pool and spa were great facilities to relax in after a long day.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. the rooms were spacious and modern, equipped with the latest technology. the indoor pool and gym were a highlight, and the buffet lunch was delicious with plenty of options. the hotel was conveniently located near a mall and restaurants.

The hotel lacked in room service and attention from the staff at breakfast. the absence of paintings or decor in the room made the ambiance dull.

Wauw, wat een geweldige locatie! We verbleven midden in het centrum, op het centrale plein van de stad. Het was zo handig om overal naartoe te kunnen lopen. En het beste van alles was dat er geen auto's waren toegestaan op het plein, dus het was echt rustig en vredig. Onze kamer was comfortabel en ruim, met een prachtig uitzicht op de plaza. We werden ook aangenaam verrast door de faciliteiten, zoals de strijkplank en de uitstekende koffiemachine op de kamer.

We were impressed with the outstanding service provided by the staff in the Bar/Lounge area. the private facilities, including the Sauna and the Spa centre, were fantastic and well-maintained. the room's exclusive advantages, including the comfortable beds and the bathroom, were highly appreciated. the location advantages, with a shopping mall within walking distance, also added to the positive experience.

We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is conveniently located near shopping centers and transportation to various attractions such as museums and casinos. The hotel facilities are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is enjoyable. The staff was very helpful with organizing cars and tours.
